Having hunted for decades myself, I know firsthand that sometimes, despite all of the preparation, the practice, and having the best equipment available, that things don't always go to plan. Strangely, even when they do, the sign disappears, and we are left baffled. We grid search until there is nothing else left to be done. But what if there was another option?

Thankfully, we have a state-of-the-art tool in our arsenal we can use to locate downed animals, even in the toughest conditions. By detecting heat signatures with our thermal camera mounted drone, we can find animals for up to 48 hours after the shot occurs. 

The sooner you contact us, the faster we can be on site. There are variables to consider regarding weather and temperature, but prior to launching, a strategy will be developed to maximize success and expedite recovery.  

Monitor deer herds with precision using advanced drone technology. Our aerial surveys provide accurate data on population size, buck-to-doe ratios, habitat use, and fawn survival - all without disturbing wildlife. We can also look at other populations like turkeys, and predator numbers. 

The most ideal time of year is winter because the leaves have fallen, providing the clearest views of the ground and any deer. The cold air improves thermal imaging contrast, making heat signatures stand out more against the frosty ground. Due to state regulations, all herd analysis sessions must be outside of hunting seasons. 

I grew up a farm kid, and I've been in more than my fair share of searches - cattle that broke through fences, horses that wandered off, and dogs that never came back when called. Rain, snow, mud, and thick brush made those recoveries nearly impossible. That's where having the right tool makes all the difference.
